Davante Adams compliments Kirk Cousins and recognizes his reliability.

“If we’re discussing a quarterback who excels at finding receivers, I have a preference for Kirk Cousins,” stated Raiders receiver Davante Adams during his appearance on the inaugural 2 Gs in a Pod show. When asked about his preferences for quarterbacks to catch passes from, excluding his former teammate Aaron Rodgers, Adams mentioned Cousins, emphasizing the quarterback’s ability to connect with receivers. While considering other quarterbacks like Jordan Love and C.J. Stroud, Adams acknowledged Cousins’ potential availability, highlighting him as a skilled and available player.

Despite a somewhat challenging year, Adams had a successful season, catching 103 passes for 1,144 yards and eight touchdowns, marking his fourth consecutive 1,000-yard season. The Raiders experienced quarterback changes throughout 2023, with rookie fourth-round pick Aidan O’Connell primarily starting for the team.
