The Tennessee Titans entrust Ran Carthon with significant responsibilities and authority.

The emphasis on collaboration was prevalent last year, and while cooperation remains crucial for the Tennessee Titans, there is now a distinct and well-defined allocation of roles within the organization.

On Wednesday, the Tennessee Titans officially declared Brian Callahan as the team’s next head coach. However, the announcement didn’t conclude there. In an effort to transparently outline the franchise’s vision before the introductory press conference on Thursday, the Tennessee Titans also unveiled new titles and responsibilities for Ran Carthon and Chad Brinker.

Ran Carthon, now serving as the newly appointed GM/Executive Vice President, will oversee the coaching staff, player acquisition, roster decisions, sports medicine, and player engagement, with substantial input from Callahan, presumably.

Chad Brinker, assuming the role of the team’s new President of Football Operations, will be responsible for managing the analytics department and overseeing salary cap management.
