Tennessee Volunteers walk-on linebacker set to join the NCAA transfer portal.
The walk-on linebacker did not get any playing time for the Vols in 2023. Since the transfer portal closed earlier this month, Williams will probably have to wait until the second transfer window opens in April to formally enter the portal. A recent rule change this offseason permits multiple transfers, enabling Williams to enter the portal for a second time.
