What led the Browns to select Ken Dorsey as their offensive coordinator?

In Cleveland, Ohio, the Browns have appointed Ken Dorsey as their new offensive coordinator. Dorsey, who was terminated by the Bills in November 2023, faced dismissal following Buffalo’s unexpected 24-22 defeat to the Broncos at home on a Monday night in Week 10.

Given Dorsey’s departure after a 5-5 start, the initial response to Sunday’s announcement might question why the Browns opted for an offensive coordinator released midseason. However, even at the time of his firing, many believed that Dorsey was made a scapegoat for more significant problems within the Buffalo organization.
