Later in the day, the team announced the addition of Devin Fitzsimmons as the assistant special teams coach. Furthermore, there are reports indicating that the Seahawks have hired Jake Peetz as their passing game coordinator, who previously worked with the Los Angeles
Rams as the pass game specialist for the past two seasons. Peetz has a background as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for LSU in 2021 and has had experience with various NFL teams, including the Carolina Panthers, the then-Oakland (now Las Vegas) Raiders, Washington, and the Jacksonville Jaguars. He also spent the 2013 and 2018 seasons at Alabama. Currently, Peetz and offensive line coach Scott Huff are the only confirmed assistant coaches on the offensive side, with more additions expected in the upcoming weeks.
