A four-star cornerback from the 2025 class, Charles Bass, is scheduled to make a visit to the Tennessee Vols this spring.
On3 reports that Charles Bass, a highly-rated four-star cornerback, has plans to visit Tennessee on April 1. Additionally, he has scheduled visits to Arkansas, Missouri, and LSU, along with several other non-SEC programs.
Hailing from East Saint Louis, IL, Bass stands at 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 185 lbs. In 247Sports’ composite rankings, he is ranked as the No. 7 player in the state of Illinois and the No. 18 athlete in the nation.
Having received an offer from the Vols nearly two years ago, Bass has been a target of Tennessee’s recruitment efforts for an extended period. Notably, he attends the same high school as starting Tennessee right guard Javontez Spraggins, who also went to East Saint Louis High School.
While Missouri currently appears to be the leading contender for Bass, the Vols remain actively in contention for the talented cornerback from Illinois.
