Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is set to resume throwing next month, marking his comeback after undergoing right shoulder surgery that curtailed his second season with the team, during which he had only six starts. Following a shoulder fracture during a November 12 win against Baltimore, Watson has received clearance to start throwing in a few weeks, as announced by general manager Andrew Berry at the NFL combine on Tuesday.
