A judge has mandated that Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, undergo a paternity test to ascertain whether he is the biological father of a 27-year-old woman who filed a lawsuit against him in 2022. The legal action alleges that Jones had a relationship with the woman’s mother during the mid-1990s.
Confirmation of the ruling was provided by Alexandra Davis’ attorney when contacted by CBS News Texas. Kris Hayes, representing Davis, remarked, “Today marks a significant victory for many families. The judge’s decision underscores that being a wealthy and influential individual does not exempt one from the law.”
Hayes continued, stating, “Alex no longer needs to conceal her truth, and hopefully, she will attain the peace she has long deserved. Alex is a remarkable individual who deserves acknowledgment as such.”
