“Bears Reportedly Trading Quarterback Justin Fields to Steelers”

The Pittsburgh Steelers have had quite a busy couple of days in their quarterbacks’ quarters. Following the trade of Kenny Pickett on Friday, they’ve finally made the move that has been anticipated by many, acquiring Justin Fields from the Chicago Bears.

According to various reports, the Bears are shipping quarterback Justin Fields to the Steelers in exchange for no more than a conditional sixth-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. This pick could potentially escalate to a fourth-round selection if Fields participates in at least 51 percent of Pittsburgh’s offensive snaps in the 2024 season.

With the upcoming April draft and Chicago possessing the No. 1 overall pick, it’s widely expected that they’ll choose USC’s Caleb Williams as their new signal caller. The NFL community has been eagerly anticipating Chicago’s move to trade Fields to a potential suitor, but rumors suggest that the Bears’ asking price was quite steep, rumored to be multiple first-round picks, akin to what they acquired last offseason for the No. 1 overall pick.

As a result of this trade, the Steelers’ quarterbacks room now boasts Russell Wilson and Justin Fields.
