“The Tar Heels Move Forward to Face Top-Seeded South Carolina After Triumph”

Brown’s daughters are both participating in this year’s March Madness tournament. Teonni Key, a sophomore guard/forward for North Carolina, played a pivotal role in their recent victory against Michigan State, securing five points and seven rebounds. She made a crucial offensive play by tipping out a rebound with only three seconds remaining, providing UNC with another possession and contributing to their narrow 59-56 win. Earlier in the game, Key also delivered a significant block as Michigan State attempted to stage a comeback.

The Tar Heels, who are competing in Columbia, South Carolina, will now advance to face the top-seeded South Carolina team following their triumph. South Carolina previously dominated Presbyterian with a score of 91-39. Notably, the Tar Heels and the Gamecocks faced off earlier in the season, with UNC emerging victorious with a 65-58 win, propelled by a strong third quarter performance.
