DAIYLY REPORT: Tennessee Titans announce their new heard coach few munite’s ago…
One week after Tennessee Titans signed him to a one-year deal, the contract specifics for defensive lineman Sebastian Joseph have been disclosed. Notably, Joseph has opted to remove “Day” from his name, a change to be noted going forward.
According to Over the Cap, Joseph’s contract spans one year and has a potential value of up to $4 million, with $3.57 million guaranteed. The deal carries a 2024 cap hit of $3.97 million, and he can maximize the contract by being active for all 17 games of the season.
Given the Titans’ scarcity of depth on the defensive line, Joseph is anticipated to start alongside fellow defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons. However, the team still needs to secure another starting-caliber player for the position.
Currently, the Titans’ defensive line group comprises Keondre Coburn, TK McLendon, Shakel Brown, and Quinton Bohanna, all of whom are considered backups, at best.
