Odell Beckham Jr. responds to the most recent rumors involving the Dolphins.
The Miami Dolphins have been associated with the possibility of signing Odell Beckham Jr. during the offseason, and the wide receiver has now addressed these rumors. Beckham took to Twitter on Friday to share his response to the speculation surrounding his potential move to the Dolphins.
The Dolphins may not find it necessary to pursue Beckham, given their strong wide receiver lineup with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle already in place, forming one of the league’s top WR duos. Furthermore, Beckham’s recent performance hasn’t matched his earlier career success, marked by frequent injuries and team changes.
During the 2023 season with the Ravens, Beckham recorded 565 yards and three touchdowns across 14 games. He missed the entire 2022 season due to an injury sustained during Super Bowl LVI while playing for the Rams. Beckham was poised to potentially win the Super Bowl MVP before getting injured in that game.
Financial constraints also hinder the Dolphins’ ability to make a move, with just over $3 million in available cap space. This limitation complicates any potential plans to bring Beckham onboard.
In response to a post featuring him in a Dolphins jersey on X, Beckham jokingly remarked, “Damn sources got it again,” accompanied by several laughing emojis.
