FAYETTEVILLE – Former Jacksonville State linebacker Larry Worth has officially committed to Arkansas. Worth, standing at 6 feet 4 inches and weighing 220 pounds, explained his decision to choose the Razorbacks in an interview with Hogville.net.
“It’s a perfect fit for me schematically,” Worth expressed. “I believe I can contribute significantly and make an immediate impact.”
During the 2023 season, Worth showcased his skills with impressive stats, tallying 63 tackles, including 28 unassisted tackles, six tackles for loss, four sacks, an interception, two pass breakups, three quarterback hurries, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. He emphasized the value he brings to Arkansas’ linebacker corps.
“I offer a great deal of versatility,” Worth emphasized. “You can rely on me to step up wherever the team needs a defensive play. I assure you, I’ll deliver.”
Worth’s commitment to Arkansas follows former Florida State and FAMU running back Rodney Hill, who also verbally pledged to join the Razorbacks. Both recruits visited the campus over the weekend and finalized their decisions today.
