Three players from the OU softball team have entered the transfer portal.
Hodge took over as the Sooners’ primary second baseman in the Women’s College World Series (WCWS) after Alynah Torres was injured during the game against Duke on May 30.
In 2024, Hodge had a batting average of .284, with no home runs and nine RBIs across 25 starts. She notched four hits in her last ten at-bats over the final four games of the season.
Lilio batted .129 with one home run and five RBIs, starting in only two games. Geurin pitched 10 innings in 2024, allowing four hits, one run, three walks, and striking out nine. In nine relief appearances, Geurin had a 0.70 ERA.
With 10 seniors leaving, three players entering the transfer portal, and eight freshmen signed in the 2024 class, the Sooners now have five open roster spots.
