After playing two seasons at Kansas State, the linebacker will temporarily step away from college football to embark on a mission for the Latter-day Saints.
Kansas State junior linebacker Jake Clifton, from Owasso, Oklahoma, announced on May 3 via social media that he will be taking a hiatus from college football to embark on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
