Sam Pittman is the kind of neighbor you’d hope moves in next, the guy you’d enjoy sharing a beer with or golfing alongside. During our interview in his office, he patiently engaged in conversation, exceeding time constraints without checking his watch or phone. Afterwards, he declined offers for a chauffeur, opting instead to assist tornado victims in Rogers, boxing supplies with Razorback athletes and Arkansas Vice Chancellor Hunter Yurachek.
