Jordan Love, quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, demonstrated enhanced footwork at an Athletes First event in Texas.

Jordan Love posted impressive statistics during his inaugural season as the Green Bay Packers’ starting quarterback, raising expectations for the upcoming 2024 season.

However, Love’s performance wasn’t flawless, and for him and the team to progress to the next level this fall, he needs to address certain weaknesses. Chief among them is refining his footwork.

At the start of the offseason, Love’s longtime throwing coach, Steve Calhoun, expressed plans to extensively review game tapes with Love to understand why he consistently threw off his back foot last year. Calhoun aimed to focus on improving Love’s footwork.

Less than two weeks before training camp, Love showcased his progress during a training session hosted by his agency, Athletes First, where he participated in a series of drills emphasizing footwork. Highlights of Love’s performance at the event were shared by GOAT Farm Media.

Love recently became engaged and was among several NFL players attending Elite Week at Del Valle High School in El Paso, Texas. The event included other notable quarterbacks like Justin Fields of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Deshaun Watson of the Cleveland Browns, CJ Stroud of the Houston Texans, as well as Steelers wide receiver George Pickens, among others.
