The Fever’s dominant play in the fourth quarter proved pivotal at a sold-out Target Center in Minneapolis, outscoring the Lynx 28-14. Clark initiated or contributed to the first 14 points in the final frame.

This win marks Indiana’s second consecutive victory and improves their record to 6-4 in their last ten games. Reflecting on the game, Clark credited her teammates for their resilience, emphasizing their ability to persevere even when facing challenges.

“Even when we face adversity and things don’t go our way, we find ways to win,” Clark remarked to reporters. “Our defense was solid, especially in that fourth quarter. We communicated well, made effective switches, and played with great chemistry. We’re becoming more comfortable playing together, understanding each other’s positions, and setting each other up for success.”

Guard Kelsey Mitchell led the game with 21 points, marking her seventh 20+ point performance of the season. She also tied Leilani Mitchell for 18th place on the WNBA’s all-time three-point list.

This was the second consecutive game where Mitchell, Clark, Boston, and NaLyssa Smith all scored double-digit points.

On the Lynx side, forward Alanna Smith paced her team with 18 points, as five Minnesota players reached double figures.

Looking ahead, the Fever will face the Dallas Wings next on Wednesday, while the Lynx will take on the Atlanta Dream on the same day.
