“His consistent ability to make downfield plays indicates a dynamic partnership with A.J. Brown that could last the entire season in (Kellen Moore’s) system. Brown believes Smith will ‘make another jump’ this year, stating that ‘nobody has been able to cover DeVonta all camp.’”
