The five-bedroom home, which sits on 143 acres a 10-minute drive outside the city of Hudson, is priced at $3.95 million.
Nancy Fuller has shot the popular television show from the home since 2013, which she owns with her husband, David Ginsberg, who is often featured in
the show and who runs Ginsberg’s Foods, a food distribution company with centers in Binghamton, Greenport and Connecticut.
The house was built in 1766 and is on the National Register of Historic Places, where the home is known by its traditional name, the Conyn-Van
Rensselaer House. The entire property is known as Locust Dale Farm. The Georgian/Dutch Colonial home “portrays the melding of Dutch and English
vernacular building practices in this region of the Hudson Valley in the third quarter of the 18th century,”
