Arkansas has secured a top-20 placement in the Learfield Directors’ Cup standings for the fourth consecutive year.
Arkansas has achieved a top-20 national ranking in the Learfield Directors’ Cup Standings for the fourth consecutive year, marking the first time in school history that the Razorbacks have maintained such a streak. In the latest standings released by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of America (NACDA), Arkansas secured the 18th spot with 921.75 points, ranking first among programs with 19 sports or fewer. This accomplishment underscores the program’s consistent success and includes notable achievements such as two NCAA championships, nine top-10 national finishes, and five Southeastern Conference championships during the 2023-24 athletics season.
Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Hunter Yurachek expressed congratulations to the student-athletes, coaches, and staff, attributing their achievements to dedicated efforts and strong support from Razorback Foundation members and fans. Despite competing with fewer sports compared to many elite programs, Arkansas has firmly established itself among the nation’s top collegiate athletics programs.
The Directors’ Cup assesses performance across a wide range of sports, including baseball, basketball, cross country, fencing, football, golf, gymnastics, lacrosse, soccer, softball, swimming and diving, tennis, track and field, volleyball, and wrestling. Arkansas’ performance across these disciplines contributed to their impressive standing, reinforcing their status as a powerhouse in collegiate athletics.
