There are big hopes for the Texas A&M Aggies going into the 2024 college football season but The Aggies should have a potent offense under the guidance and arm of star quarterback Conner Weigman. In addition, he hopes to have a successful season and advance in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Weigman is now going to be the Aggies’ starting quarterback. He’s getting attention, making big forecasts, and creating a lot of hype.
Matt Miller, an NFL Draft specialist for ESPN, voiced a daring opinion regarding Weigman. The Texas A&M quarterback, in his opinion, is a hidden gem for the 2025 NFL Draft.
Weigman is a first-round selection and the No. 19 overall choice of the Los Angeles Rams in his most recent mock draft for 2025.
“Conner Weigman is returning. He participated in four games the previous season but was sidelined for the remainder due to a foot ailment. All four of those games were excellent. As good as any quarterback we saw last season, in my opinion—16 touchdowns, 2 interceptions.
Miller went on to elaborate further on his observations on the inexperienced quarterback.
“He is physically fit. His arm is quite large. A&M is also loaded. With the arrival of a new coaching team, Weigman should receive more opportunities. He might be exceptional if he can maintain his health and improve on what we saw in his first four games of the previous season.
