Arkansas lands commitment from 2025 five-star point guard.

One of the top uncommitted prospects for the 2025 class has officially chosen where he will play college basketball, as highly regarded point guard Darius Acuff Jr. has committed to the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Acuff announced his decision to join Arkansas on Friday afternoon, selecting the Razorbacks over his other finalists, the Kansas Jayhawks and Michigan Wolverines.

As noted earlier, Acuff is regarded as one of the nation’s elite prospects, classified as a five-star point guard from IMG Academy in Florida. He is ranked as the No. 8 overall player in the 2025 class according to the 247Sports Composite rankings and is recognized as the top point guard in the country and the No. 2 player in Florida.

Acuff’s commitment marks the first for Arkansas’ 2025 recruiting class, making the Razorbacks the only SEC program to secure a five-star commitment so far this cycle.
