Neil Dewsnip, the sporting director of Plymouth Argyle, has verified that Lazio has made an inquiry about Morgan Whittaker. The emerging striker is on Lazio’s radar this week.
Dewsnip conveyed to Plymouth Live, stating, “Last night, we received a formal proposal from Lazio for Morgan. We discussed it internally and with the player’s agent: the offer was swiftly turned down. Morgan is content at Argyle, and we stand firm on our stance, asserting that he is not available for transfer.”
Whittaker has displayed impressive performance this season, registering fifteen goals and six assists in twenty-eight games.
