During its 2024 Pro Day held in Norman on Tuesday, the OU football program showcased 10 former players. Among them were Tyler Guyton and Andrew Raym, who had previously participated in the 2024 NFL Combine.
The notable participants from the Sooners included wide receiver Drake Stoops, Caleb Shaffer, McKade Mettauer, and Walter Rouse, alongside defensive linemen Rondell Bothroyd, Isaiah Coe, Jonah Lulu, and Marcus Stripling. Additionally, tight end Austin Stogner and defensive back Reggie Pearson were also part of the event.
Laulu emerged as a standout during the Pro Day, achieving impressive results with a 9-foot, 10-inch broad jump and a 36-inch vertical leap, both of which would have ranked first among defensive tackles at the combine. Furthermore, his 3-cone drill time of 7.57 seconds would have secured him the second spot at the combine.
