Larry Lloyd, the ex-Coventry City footballer, has passed away at 75. He joined the Sky Blues in 1975 after a successful stint at Liverpool, where he achieved top-flight title and European successes under Bill Shankly. Known for his tough defensive play, Lloyd featured in 54 matches and netted six goals during his three seasons at Highfield Road. The club has expressed their condolences on social media, stating, “We are saddened by the news of the passing of former Sky Blues defender Larry Lloyd.”
