As Stefon Diggs embarks on his new journey with the Houston Texans, a narrative has surfaced shedding light on potential tensions between the former Buffalo Bills wide receiver and quarterback Josh Allen.

Tim Graham, a journalist covering the Bills for The Athletic, recounted a particular incident from Buffalo’s Week 1 loss to the New York Jets during his podcast, “Tim Graham and Friends,” on Thursday. He described how, amidst escalating emotions following the defeat, Allen had a contentious exchange with Diggs in the locker room.

Graham recalled, “As I recall, I didn’t include it because I didn’t know what Stefon Diggs said to him, but Josh Allen snapped at him. He said, ‘It’s one f—ing game!’ and kind of motioned like I’m not talking to you here.” Graham added, “And Diggs walked away and Josh sat there. In retrospect, keeping in mind this was Week 1 when for all we know everyone is hunky dory, but looking back on it I wish I would have included that in my story or made some sort of reference to it. Maybe Stefon Diggs was saying something nice to him, but (Allen) didn’t snap at anybody else.”
