Trevon Brazile has decided to return to Arkansas after pulling out of the NBA draft and exiting the transfer portal.
Arkansas forward Trevon Brazile is coming back to the Razorbacks after initially declaring for the 2024 NBA Draft and joining the transfer portal.
Brazile, standing at 6 feet 10 inches and weighing 220 pounds, announced his decision to enter the NBA draft just a day before rumors emerged about John Calipari leaving Kentucky. He participated in the NBA Draft Combine and pre-draft procedures but withdrew his name before the deadline and entered the transfer portal.
Hailing from Springfield, Missouri, and formerly a transfer from Missouri, Brazile started 23 games last season for Arkansas, with averages of 8.6 points and 5.9 rebounds. He had a season-high of 19 points in an 80-75 upset win over then-No. 7 Duke.
With the additions of Brazile and former Kentucky guard D.J. Wagner, who committed to the Hogs last month, Calipari might have completed the reconstruction of the Razorbacks roster, which currently consists of nine players.
